Mustangs at Queen Mary 2008
For more than a decade now the Mustangs at Queen Mary show is one of the favorite events on the calendar because of the beautiful setting in the Long Beach harbor. Hundreds of Mustangs gathered once again for the 12th annual event, and there were plenty of beautiful S197 Mustangs on display. One of the main features in this year's show was the gathering of Saleen Mustangs for Saleenfest. As part of the celebration, both Parnelli Jones and Dan Mustang were on hand to sign autographs, and the new Dark Horse Extreme Mustang was publically displayed for the first time. The show also celebrated the fortieth anniversary of the Bullitt Mustang, and Chad McQueen, son of Steve McQueen joined up with the Bullitt owners to talk and sign autographs. Shelby also had an impressive display, showing off their SuperSnake and Terlingua Mustangs.

Saleen was a major sponsor of the event and held their annual gathering at this year's Queen Mary show including the first public showing of their new Dark Horse Mustang.
